Alaska and Horizon now accept soft-sided in-cabin pet carriers

Until recently, Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air officially only accepted hard-sided in-cabin pet carriers (all other U.S. airlines that welcome in-cabin pets accept soft-sided carriers).
