My thanks to reader Joan for this recommendation — she saw my recent post about Moustaches and BHV La Niche, two major pet stores in Paris’s Marais neighborhood, and mentioned that she’d found a good pet store near her Montmartre apartment last year. Last May, the Take Paws team wrote a really useful post about the requirements for taking your dog (and yourself!) from the United States to Canada, which saves me all kinds of work. It occurred to me this morning, as I was looking through Chloe’s pantry for treats that would work well on a walk, that we have a wide variety of treats but only some of them pack well.
