Chloe’s Closet: Down-filled dog jacket

It’s still fall, but winter is coming. I’ve just weeded through Chloe’s modest wardrobe, and discovered that her current harness won’t work with her fabulous new Wagwear quilted, “sheepskin”-lined jacket. Argh!
