THIS IS A GREAT POST! Dogs need to be trained before they travel. If they don't listen to you at home, they sure aren't going to be well behaved on the road (where there are more distractions). Pet owners can teach the recommended commands in 10 minutes per day - 10 MINUTES PER DAY. The key is consistency! Thanks for writing this!

I left a comment on your post at Will My Dog Hate Me? but I wanted to let you know that I enjoyed your post! Training in advance of travel is one of the most important -- but also the most commonly overlooked -- parts of pet travel!
